Does anyone know how to get over my fear of being home alone?? or Alone anywhere even in the car?
I tried to get a dog to get over it but it Doesn’t help, It can be daylight and I’m so freaked out!! I went and saw Paranormal Activity and I made my fear soooo MUCH WORSE!!!! Now I have to Sleep with a light on!! I have always had nightmares my whole life and probably wake up screaming eight times a week, Sometime more than once a night. I have no idea why I’m so scared all the time. Any suggestions? Beside seeking mental help. lol But Seriously
