My neighbor is abusive/neglective of his dogs and he wants to get more?
He had a tri colored lab/pit mix, and a puppy but he seveerly neglected both, so me and a neighbor called animal control and they took them away I didnt want to at first but I saw that i had to. I havent told him it was us, and yesterday he told me that he wants to get another dog. As much as i wanted to scream and say you dont deserve one I told him to at least get it from a shelter where its healthy, has shots, and is properly identifyed with tags and microchipping. Well he agreed that when he gets the money he will because it sounded like a good idea. I dont want him to get another dog, what should I do??
He dosent even have the money, its only like 60$ so how can he feed it?! this was a posting of mine, you should read it to see what im talking about.

thank you for looking out for the dogs. He won’t be able to adopt through the normal channels, but that doesn’t mean he can’t get one from a classified ad or from some idiot passing out puppies in a parking lot. Please just watch out for the next dog, maybe ask this guy why he wants another dog, what does he think owning a dog does for him, maybe point out he doesn’t have the money and dogs require shots and expenses he might not be able to handle. It’s a delicate situation since these abusers don’t see what they do as abuse. Thanks again for watching out for the dogs…
