why cant other other living beings cant communicate with each other?
humans can’t talk with dogs, dogs can’t talk to cats, and so on
rephrase the question:
why cant humans teach other animals or communicate with them?
down to the sub atomic level? why?
The type of communication common to humans, speech, requires intelligence. Animals do not have intelligence nor the proper anatomy for human like communication.
We can train animals to respond to certain vocal sounds, usually referred to as commands. We can train animals to interact, not only with humans but other species.
Animals do have ways of communicating. Sounds, noises, scents, site, body posturing, coloration and touch are used to get some sort of message across.
