My dog has an orange bump. Is it a tick?
It’s in his fur on his neck.
I’ve looked up pictures of ticks on googlele and I’m not sure what it is. For one thing; it’s orange. Also we tried to pull it out with tweezers but it wouldn’t budge. I don’t think it’s a wart or anything because my dog showed no sign of discomfort when we tried to remove it.
Gave the dog some strong hold (an anti-flea anti-tick treatment) so hopefully it’s ok
Ticks are normally a greyish colour. Please don’t try to pull it with tweezers again, that’s not a good way to remove a tick. I would get it vet checked to be on the safe side, if it is a tick they have proper devices to remove them and can give you some anti flea/tick treatment.
