Looking 4 Free Female Dog close Battle Ground, Indiana?
I live in Battle Ground, Indiana. My parents are wanting a female dog to have a bloodline running. I have gone through newspapers, petfinder.com, and plenty of shelters! I just seem to not be able to find a female dog anywhere! Well, one that would fit in with our family. We have an 8 year old that comes by once in a while, we have 2 cats and another dog that is Lab/Mastif with little American Pitbull.
If anyone has any adult females they are needing a good home or if anyone knows somewhere that gives animals that are given away free to a good home, thank you so much!!
Any type of dog that goes well with the one I have now!
We tried a puppy Pitbull before, but it didn’t work out so well with all the hyper-activeness. lolz

Does that mean you want to breed her? With your pit bull x?
First of all, if you cannot afford the purchase price or adoption fee for a pet, you cannot afford a pet, period. What happens if the dog needs extra training (like your pit puppy that “didn’t work out” did)? You’ll have to spend money on a trainer. What happens if the free dog you get has health problems? You’ll have to spend money on vets, medicines, maybe even surgeries? You’ll have to buy extra dog food, an extra bed, perhaps an extra crate, extra toys … . How are you going to afford that?
Secondly, no breeding-quality dog is going to be available for free.
Third, you should not be cross-breeding.
And Boston Terriers have a lot of energy. If the hyperactive puppy didn’t work out for you, a Boston might not, either.
