Fresh Flow Pet Fountain Filter
Opinions about water fountains for pets for my cat?
I think to make one of these fountains for pets for my cat. She loves to drink (and to play in) running the water from our sinks and tub so I think she would enjoy something like that. I've been looking online and in catalogs pet supplies, and Drinkwell Fresh Flow seem popular brands. What kind do you have, and you and your pets too? Any suggestions on what size would be good for a cat? I prefer one that does not need the filter changed on a daily basis and it is fairly easy to clean. The price is not really a problem, I just want a fountain of quality.
I got Drinkwell fountain for my cat in December. It does not really seem to know or not care if the water she drank was running before or not, but she ran when she heard me water the plants. When we got there, she did not really drink much from it for the first few weeks. But since it was his only source of water, she learned to get used to. The fountain is really quiet and you can hear, if there are no other sounds. The filter is optional, so if you do not want change just to have filtered water in. I do not tried to clean it yet but it comes with 3 different types of brushes to clean everything.
