outside dogs in cold weather
Do dogs feel cold outside in the cold weather?

I saw this really lovely dog yesterday night waiting for his owner outside a grocery store. He was sooo adorable, waiting patiently and quietly.

I just wonder if dogs feel cold in the freezing weather? It was 1 degree celsius (about 33 degrees Fahrenheit)?

Dobie mix with short hair was probably pretty chilly out there. Dogs with thick, arctic coats wouldn’t notice the cold at 1 degree. Even a lab would probably fare pretty well in that weather. But that poor little dog was probably quite cold. Lucky he got to go for a walk back home to warm up though :P
