raw diet menu dogs

I’ve discovered that if I diet too hard, by choosing foods..?
That I normally wouldn’t eat for an extended period of time, my diet fails early. So I’ve decided not to push myself to eat raw vegetables that really don’t taste good to me.
My usualy habits included drinking Crystal light iced tea, and soda. Eating fish, pasta, some soy products, and pizza.
My everyday menu is now water, orange juice, 1/2-1 full pineapple breakfast, 1 apple snack, 1 90-calorie granola bar snack, lots of fish, lots of soy products including soy corn dogs, “chicken” patties, and veggie bites, with limited pasta. My portions are now much smaller, as well.
If this change is kept up for an extended period of time, can I expect to see results?
PS, I don’t eat chicken, beef or pork, only fish.
On the weekends I always have eggs, soy sausage, and hash browns, home made.
you dont need to cut foods out, just limit them. like have a slice of pizza only every once in a while. or have some cake once a month. just cut down on calories and fat. try to use a web site to track your calories. i use a site called dietbug and it’s been working for me. it gives a meal plan, but i dont use it, i just make sure i’m in the range they give me, you can track your cardio, and they give you a balance to show you how many calories you a burning and how much weight you should be losing. they also have vegitarian options, i’m not sure if they work quite yet though…
