two dogs don’t get along
How to make two dogs get along..?
I have a two yr old snaughzer and I just got a new puppy.(I have no idea what he is,He was given to me because they couldn’t afford him.)
I’ve been keeping them apart because I don’t want her to hurt the puppy.When I showed her the puppy she was barking and wagging her tail.So I don’t know if she likes him or not.
What can I do to help them get along better just in case they really don’t get along?
P.S The snaughzer just had puppies a week ago.So maybe she is just being protective.

I’m just scared to let them get too close because she is so much bigger than he is.
I think she was trying to be friendly, when she barked and wagged her tail. When a dog waggs their tail it means their playing, or being friendly, or happy. If you’re keeping the puppies your snaughzer had, it’ll probably be easy for them to get along with the puppy you just got. You’re mommy dog might even act like the new puppy is one of her own.
