Whay are humans the only animals that eat three distinct meals? Is it just conditioning that has done that?
We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and breakfast is a very specific meal, completely different from lunch and dinner. Lunch is different from dinner but not that much different. But why can’t we eat chicken or turkey for breakfast like dogs and cats do? We could eat those foods but they would go down too heavy first thing in the morning so we eat cereal, toast, coffee and maybe a danish. Why do we eat this way while other animals don’t have specific meals?
It is completely cultural. Other cultures do not follow our customs.
